Backups/Site Restoration Our data back-up system is in place primarily as a disaster recovery system in case of a hardware failure or some similar catastrophe. Restoring data that has been deleted by user error is not part of the hosting service. As a customer, it's important that you always keep backup copies of your own sites.  As an added service, we do provide restoration of customer files when requested. There is a charge of $50 per hour, minimum one hour.
